These terms apply to product browsing, inquiries and ordering services on BOYAK.com. BOYAK refers to the service name used on this website.

1. Product information

Before ordering, check the product name, supplied format, size, ingredients, country of origin and options. Packaging concepts or examples in product photographs are identified separately from actual supplied contents. For manufacturer products, also review their labeling and warranty conditions.

2. Prices and order confirmation

Unless stated otherwise, prices are in U.S. dollars (USD). The product total varies with the size and additional options selected. Applicable shipping charges and taxes are disclosed before payment. For price-inquiry products, confirm the configuration and final quotation before ordering. If an order cannot proceed because of insufficient stock or errors in price or size information, we will explain available solutions and whether a refund is needed.

3. Shipping, changes and returns

Our Shipping, exchanges, returns and dispute resolution guide applies. Orders cannot be changed or cancelled once shipment or production has begun. This restriction does not exclude remedies for incorrect or defective products.

4. Gifts and custom production

Customers must check the accuracy of submitted names, text, dimensions and images. Do not submit content that infringes another person's rights. Once custom production begins, cancellation or return for a change of mind is restricted.

5. Accounts and user information

Where accounts are available, provide accurate information and keep passwords secure. Using another person's account, disrupting order or inquiry functions, submitting false information and fraudulent payments are prohibited. Orders by minors require any necessary guardian consent and compliance with applicable law.

6. Scope of product information

Product categories and website information do not provide individual diagnoses or prescriptions. Review product labeling and specific precautions. Do not enter symptoms, medical history or other medical information in inquiry forms.

8. Dispute resolution

For 60 days after receipt of a dispute notice, the parties will try to resolve the issue through discussion. 9. Changes and inquiries

Updated terms and their effective date will be published here. Rights regarding existing orders follow applicable law and the conditions governing those orders. These terms do not limit legally protected rights. Contact Customer support with questions.
