• Ordering: purchaser and recipient details, contact information, delivery address, products and options, and order and payment status.
• Gift production: sender and recipient, printed text and submitted design images.
• Website use: cart and login cookies, IP address, browser information and service operation records.

The information collected depends on the features used. Do not include unnecessary personal information, passwords, full card numbers or medical information in inquiries or images.

2. Purposes

We process necessary information to answer product inquiries, confirm and fulfill orders, arrange shipping and custom or gift production, handle exchanges, returns and refunds, prevent misuse, operate and secure the website, and comply with legal obligations.

3. Sharing and service providers

Depending on the service used, hosting, systems, payment, shipping and production providers may process information needed for their work. Information may be supplied to relevant authorities where required by law or necessary to protect rights. Sites visited through external links have their own privacy policies.
